Amazing service. I never felt rushed and was encouraged to try out the jacuzzis until I found the one that I felt worked best for me and my family. Can't recommend this place enough. Steven was a gem and I will ensure that my brother goes to purchase his jacuzzi from Prisco as well.

I love my new hot tub! Went with the Caldera Martinique. Saltwater is the way to go. Jeaustin and the rest of the team took great care of us. They stayed open late so we could try out a few of the hot tubs and even filled one so we could try it out. When our cover wouldn’t clear our deck they helped us find another solution to store our cover. Very happy with our purchase!

I was helped by JR from the start from when I went to buy my hot tub to setting it up and getting the whole walk through. You can tell he really loves his job, when setting it up he explained what to do with the chemicals in depth and what the levels should be and how to balance everything out and for the in person tutorial he answers all my questions gave us pointers and the works on maintaining and enjoying the tub. Great experience with him and Prisco

5-Star Hot Tub Review – Ask for Jason!

I couldn’t be happier with my new hot tub—and I owe a huge thanks to Jason for making the entire experience easy, stress-free, and actually enjoyable. From the moment I walked into the showroom, Jason greeted me with a warm smile and zero pressure. He really took the time to listen to what I wanted, asked all the right questions, and helped me find the perfect model that fit both my needs and budget.

What really stood out was Jason’s knowledge. He explained everything in clear terms—from jet placement to energy efficiency—and even gave helpful tips on maintenance and water care that made me feel confident as a first-time owner. He never tried to upsell me or rush the process, which I appreciated more than anything.

Delivery was smooth and right on schedule, and Jason even followed up a week later to make sure everything was running perfectly. That level of service is rare these days.

If you’re in the market for a hot tub, do yourself a favor—go see Jason. He’s the real deal.

I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with Prisco Hot Tubs has been so frustrating that I felt compelled to share. After purchasing a hot tub not even a year ago, I ran into some issues and have tried reaching out multiple times for assistance. Unfortunately, getting anyone to respond has been nearly impossible.

Phone calls went unanswered, voicemails were ignored, and there was no follow-up of any kind. For a company selling high-ticket items, you’d expect at least a basic level of customer support. Instead, it feels like they disappear the moment they have your money. For example, our hot tub cover has been broken since November and we have yet to receive a new one.

I strongly caution anyone considering a purchase from Prisco – unless you’re okay with being left in the dark when you need help. Customer service is not just lacking, it’s non-existent.

Great service experience. Richard in service was exceptional. First he tried to walk me through a diagnosis. He FaceTimed me and even checked on me after hours. When I was unable to fix them issue he sent out a tech (Ricardo) who was also excellent. In summery my hot tub is running perfect and I would not hesitate to recommend Prisco hot tubs. Ask for Richard he’s fair and a pleasure to deal with.

We worked with Richard and it was a super easy process. I liked that he was/is from the service department and helps out in the sales. I think his knowledge made the difference, knowing a great deal about the mechanics of the tubs etc. He even took time after work hours to come over and make sure we got it all up and running correctly, which was very important to me. I have never checked chemicals for anything, so I definitely didn't want to mess anything up! He answered all of our questions, and there were several, it all made the purchase so much smoother. The lady, sorry I don't know her name, who helped set up delivery was great too, great customer service all around.

I have had a truly outstanding experience with Prisco Hot Tubs in learning about, selecting, installing and using my new spa. Josh Reardon educated me on how to run the system, test the water and properly maintain the chemicals. I was a little intimidated at first with all of the functionality of the great Sovereign model I purchased, but Josh came to my house to step me through all of the bells and whistles. Josh is always available if I have questions. I wondered how the heck they would deliver the hot tub onto my new deck in the backyard, but I shouldn’t have been concerned because they are experts! They lifted the tub over my house with a crane and set it down on the deck with precision. It was a sight to behold! I would highly recommend Josh and Prisco Hot Tubs to anyone considering taking the plunge—-you won’t regret it!

I had a hot tub problem and called. Richard generously walked me through the steps to evaluate it and deal with it on my own. They did not need to come out, although they were willing to do so promptly. They offer a one price fix which I found very reasonable in today's world. Class outfit..

Couldn’t be happier with our experience so far. Josh in sales was great. He helped us fine the right model for our budget and was super helpful post installation with the setup. He also helped us find an excellent electrician for the hook up. Jake and the delivery crew did a great job as well. ????

Working with Rrok M and his team has been incredible. He was extremely informative when we came to the store and answered all our questions. He helped us choose the best option for us. Rrok M made sure our hot tub came in ahead of schedule and helped us understand the entire delivery process to ensure we could get everything done correctly. I would definitely recommend him and Prisco for any hot tub needs.

We had a super pleasant experience shopping at Prisco Hot Tubs in Fairfield. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and well taken care of. Our salesperson, Rrok Merdita, was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and patient—he answered all our questions and helped guide us to the perfect hot tub without any pressure.

The delivery and installation were fast and handled exactly as promised, with great care and efficiency. Everything was smooth from start to finish. We’re thrilled with our hot tub and couldn’t be happier with the level of service we received.

Highly recommend Prisco and especially Rrok if you’re in the market for a hot tub!!

We recently purchased a hot tub from Prisco and couldn’t be happier. Between my wife and I, we probably visited the Fairfield showroom 6-7 times and had at least as many discussions during the buying process. Josh could not have been nicer, better informed, helpful, or patient (!), making sure we purchased the right hot tub for us, not necessarily the most expensive one he could sell.

And he and the team have been out to the house a few times to assist with set up and balancing the system.

Couldn’t recommend Prisco and Josh enough.
